Entry fee includes vehicle entry, dash plaque, event pin and participation in all planned activities.
All Exhibit Trailers (Teardrop, Caboose, etc.) to be parked in show must be registered separately!
Trailer entry fee $25.00
Limited car trailer parking available in back of fairgrounds.

and all activities. If for any reason participant or his vehicle, their appearance or conduct are deemed objectionable,
the participant will be subject to removal.

LIABLILITY: In consideration of the acceptance of partcipant to the "Cruisin Nationals 2008", by execution of this entry
form, I hereby release and discharge WEST COAST KUSTOMS, Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce, City of Santa
Maria and anyone else connected with the management of this event, of and from any and all known and unknown
damages, injuries, losses, judgements and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any member
to this person or property. Further, each applicant expressly agrees to idemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons and
bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting with the applicant and under the direction or control of
the applicant.
